Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Ward Clerk on a busy Childrens Ward and Assessment unit within The Rotherham Foundation Trust
We are looking to recruit a individual to work alongside our established Ward Clerk team. The hours available are Friday 7:00-19:30, alternative Saturdays 11:00-17:00, a Tuesday each month and a Thursday each month both 11:00-17:00 Hours to be discussed in more detail at interview
The post holder must be flexible and be able to cover other staff members when Annual leave and Sickness occur by swapping days.
We are seeking friendly, dynamic applicants who will work closely with the nursing team to ensure a smooth journey for the Children in our care. You must be an excellent communicator as liaising with children, families and the multidisciplinary team, is essential. You will have developed IT skills, be motivated, approachable and flexible to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job
To provide administrative support to the activity within the ward and provide first point of contact to all users of the service. Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the ward office environment.
