An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to provide a wide variety of administrative support to the Urgent & Emergency Care Centre at Rotherham Hospital. You will be very well organised and able to prioritise their busy workload in an ever changing and innovative environment. You will provide administrative support to all personnel within the UECC including The Triumphant, Consultants and Nursing Team. In addition, the successful applicant will be confident, reliable, and will be flexible in their approach to the hours required to work. The Administration Team within UECC provide core cover from Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00am and 18.00pm. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work using your own initiative. Being competent in the use of information technology is required for this post and you be able to use a variety of software including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Main duties of the job
To provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support to the Urgent and Emergency Care Centre ensuring a high level of attention to detail at all times. Excellent interpersonal and typing skills, with the ability to work under pressure and use own initiative, are essential. Together with being a highly motivated and attentive individual you will support the UECC team in everything and anything administrative.
