Job summary

We are looking for highly motivated and effective team players, committed to providing a high quality nursing service within the District Nursing Service.

You will be a qualified RGN with experience in a community setting.

Main duties of the job

To provide individualised patient care plans ensuring high standards of clinical practice are maintained through continuing personal/professional development.

Will ensure high standards of clinical practice are maintained through continual professional development, research audit and clinical supervision.

Will have clinical responsibility of a delegated and defined caseload, under the ultimate supervision of the Specialist Nurse Practitioner (SNP). Will take regular charge of the caseload and manage the team in the absence of the SNP.
