This maternity leave vacancy is for their Administrator, with focus on supporting the IT Training service with their admin duties. The successful candidate will be confident and wish to deliver good standards of customer care as this role is the primary contact for the IT Training Service. They will be a clear communicator and computer literate as most of this role is PC based.
Full in-house training will be provided, and the role does allow for hybrid working. Flexible working requests will also be considered.

Main duties of the job
To provide a full range of administrative support to the EPR Services team including secretariat support for meetings.
To be the front facing person of the IT Training Service, provide excellent customer service when facilitate bookings and enquiries.
To schedule training courses efficiently, and with an excellent working knowledge of the training provision, working together with the Trainers on a daily basis.
To provide direct support to customers on an appropriate range of Microsoft Office and EPR functions.
