This is an exciting opportunity within Outpatient Services. The Receptionists core working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm. You will have excellent Customer Service Skills and be committed to providing a first class service

Main duties of the job
Working as part of the Outpatient Team you will be responsible for greeting patients at Reception , checking and updating personal details while maintaining patient confidentiality. Using the Hospital PAS and other relevant booking systems, you will arrange follow up appointments and update details accurately and efficiently. You will have excellent communication skills and will deal appropriately with enquiries both by telephone and in person.
