Here at the National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) you will join an innovative, forward thinking team with the collective objective of providing first class rehabilitation to our patients.

The role of the NRC case manager is integral to the patient journey and interdisciplinary team. This role drives the coordination of admission, management of the patient journey and rehabilitation programmes, and discharge from the NRC, whilst maintaining a key liaison role for families and carers. The post holder will be an experienced registered professional, coordinating patient pathways, aligning professional and patient expectations and driving timely clinical decision making. You will promote the clinically excellent model of rehabilitation at the NRC ensuring strong and visible clinical leadership.
