A rare and exciting opportunity has a arisen for an administrative support assistant join our highly supportive team at Hayward House Palliative Outpatient services ,preferably with experience of working in a palliative setting.

To work closely with the Outpatient/Day Therapy Sister and members of the team to provide an efficient and effective administration support service within Outpatients and Day Therapy at Hayward House Specialist Palliative Care Unit. To be responsible for arranging transport, retrieving and tracking notes within the Department. Other duties include making outpatient appointments and collecting and delivering samples to pathology and prescriptions and drugs to and from pharmacy.
The role/duties of the post are outlined above. In undertaking this role, the employee will be expected to behave at all times in a way that is consistent with and actively supports the Trust values which are listed below.
