Job summary
This is a new role that will be supporting the patients and staff in the diabetes foot clinic, undertaking dressing and the application and removal of plaster casts. you will also be supporting the patients to understand about their disease and how to monitor and manage this. you will also be working with the diabetes nurse specialist team to support the inpatient referrals

Patient education responding to referrals from inpatients educating newly diagnosed patients training staff and supporting their learning
