Job summary
We are seeking to appoint a full-time locum ENT Consultant for Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust for 12 months.
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting new full time post attracting 10 programmed activities (PAs). The successful applicant will be based at NUH although he/she may periodically be asked to provide support to King's Mill Hospital.
The successful candidate will join a well established enthusiastic, friendly multidisciplinary and multiprofessional team.

- FRCS (ORL HNS) or an equivalent higher surgical qualification in speciality

Clinical Skills/Experience

- Substantial experience in head neck 2 week wait, oncological head neck surgery
- Able to communicate effectively and appropriately with patients, their families and other health professionals.
Desirable
- Fellowship level training within ENT head neck oncology
- Specific training in patient safety and/or human factors
- Specific training in communication skills
