Job summary
Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust seeks applications for a Clinical Research Fellow in Dermatology. The person appointed will contribute to clinical research in all aspects of skin disease in our department. Research activity will involve active participation in commercial and non-commercial clinical trials in dermatology, including the opportunity to design and implement a research project.
The post is an ideal position for a candidate looking for research experience to help them gain an SpR training post in dermatology. This role is fixed term for 12 months.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Recruiting patients for clinical studies
- Supporting research nurses with clinical outcome measurement assessment
- Supporting research nurses with study prescriptions
- Contributing to clinical dermatology audit and educational programme
- Developing own research project
The post holder can expect to:
