Job summary

ARCU is a 12 bedded ward based at the QMC campus, who care for level 1 and 2 patients. All beds are monitored and we provide high acuity respiratory care such as non invasive ventilation, tracheostomy's, high flow oxygen and close observation .

Main duties of the job

We pride ourselves on provided a high level of care for our patients who often have complex needs.

HCAs are a vital part of our team on ARCU, your duties include giving personal care, performing observations, supporting nursing staff and performing assessments.

This is a high acuity ward so there are plenty of opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.
