We are looking for a hard working, motivated nurse to join ourfantastic team. We prideourselves on delivering ahigh standard of patient care.TheMaxillofacial and OralSurgery Outpatient Department comprises of2 outpatient clinical areas whichconsist of theMaxillofacial Clinicandthe Orthodontic and Restorative Clinic. We care for a vast range Maxillofacial conditions including Head and Neck Cancers, Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery. We see patients forboth emergency & scheduled appointments and have our own direct contact with the associated ward also caring for these patients.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work closely with the whole team to develop and continue their skills.

Duties will include:

• Working within a mixed role team
• Working primarily at the Queens Medical Centre and also on occasions at Kingsmill Hospital
• Assisting in minor oral surgery
• Assisting in clinics for patients with Head and Neck Cancers, TMJ conditions, Facial deformity and complex dental treatment.
• Working with Clinician providing Orthodontic and Restorative Care
• Providing excellent standards of care are maintained at all times.
• Excellent communication skills
• Providing excellent clinical care.
