Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic band 5 nurses who have a passion for respiratory medicine and providing a high standard of care to their patients.
Lister 2 is a newly refurbished ward which has 13 beds. These are all side rooms, 4 of which will be fully monitored to provide higher acuity care. This will include NIV, highflow and close monitoring.
So if you are newly qualified or just looking for a new challenge and expanding your skills this is the job for you!

We care for a variety of respiratory conditions including COVID, Pulmonary Fibrosis, COPD, Asthma, Pneumonia and Lung Cancer, alongside acute type 1 & 2 respiratory failures.

There are many opportunities to develop your nursing career within respiratory medicine including specialist nurse roles, ward management roles and advanced nursing practitioner opportunities.
Newly qualified nurses will be offered lots of support within your preceptorship period and beyond.
