The post holder is a member of the Digital Services Digital Content Team and will design, construct and implement the Digital Services Training Department's intranet and internet, web content, e-learning applications and other technology support and courses that support the Trust's objectives. The post-holder will also provide the end-user support for e-Learning and technology support.
The applicant will use their experience in digital learning using variety of authoring and media technologies, underpinned by good instructional design, to create innovative digital products and services to support the education and training. The post holder will be highly organised and able to manage multiple competing priorities and projects while delivering work to the high standards
Main duties of the job

Design, produce and regularly review digital training materials (userguides, training videos (Screencapture, live action, Audio and image editing), training simulations, online webinars) and tools to support the delivery of the Digital Services applications Training Plan.
Promote and support the integration of innovative uses of technology
Develop e-learning platforms, processes and content
Work with trainers and subject matter experts to promote blended and digital learning approaches and build awareness and capability in designing and leveraging digital learning.
About us
Nottingham University Hospitals, Health Informatics Service (NUH HIS) provides services to both Nottingham City Hospital and Queens Medical Centre Campuses, as well as providing the cross community lead for the local IM&T plan. The NUH HIS is at the forefront of developments in the NHS Connecting for Health programme and comprises a multi-disciplinary team of professional staff concerned with providing a wide range of services in information, knowledge management, computing and telecommunications.

- Achieved an IT computer qualification (ECDL or equivalent).
- Degree Level of education or equivalent experience.
- Professional online/e-Learning qualification or a willingness to work towards one for any Digital content creation software
Desirable
- Awareness of ITIL Service Management methodology.

- Advanced skills within Microsoft office products (powerpoint, outlook, word, excel)
