Job summary

We have a new opportunity for enthusiastic Attraction and Marketing Apprentice to join our team. The role will include supporting the Senior Attraction and Marketing Officer within the recruitment team, giving you an exciting opportunity to begin your career in Marketing.

You will be a team player, committed to helping us achieve our ambition to become an 'Employer of Choice'. This is a rewarding role where you will be supported by a friendly, wonderful team who are driven by the aim to bring new talent into the Trust.

Main duties of the job

You will be supported to develop fantastic marketing skills which include creating social media posts, writing for different audiences and supporting internal and external communications throughout the trust.
