Job summary

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be a valued member of the busy Resourcing Team. They will ensure the provision of a HR service of the highest quality by supporting the end to end recruitment process. They will work closely with the rest of the Resourcing Team, Trust Managers and the Directorate HR Team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for the candidate and the service.

The main base of work will be City Campus however, you could be expected to work at all Trust sites and flexibly as required.

  • Administration experience working in a busy office environment
  • Previous experience of delivering a high quality, customer focussed service
  • Recent experience of work involving regular and accurate data inputting to strict deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages (word/excel/databases)

Desirable

  • Previous NHS experience
  • Previous experience of working with the Electronic Staff Record system (ESR)

Communication and relationship skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work as part of a team, providing assistance and to cover for colleagues when required
