Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for anenthusiastic and creative individual to join our friendly Resourcing team as a Senior Attraction and Marketing Officer.

You will need to have experience of delivering effective attraction, marketing, social media communications and engagementthat will lead to successful appointments to clinical, non-clinical and managerial posts here at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH). You will also need to be confident using social media platforms and content management systems.

We're looking for a highly skilled team player, who is happy to share ideas and work with us to create top quality, exciting and engaging content across our range of channels.

Main duties of the job

You will play a lead role in developing and delivering attraction and marketing activity to support the Trust's recruitment strategy and promote the Trust as an employer of choice. Promoting the Trust as an inclusive, innovative and diverse place to work where staff feel appreciated, rewarded, and recognised for their contribution.

Youwill lead, project manage, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful marketing and attraction activity for various recruitment campaigns to defined target audiences, utilising data and market intelligence. The messages will have a strong and recognisable brand identity and clearly articulate the key messages and calls to action.

The role requires an ability to cultivate excellent working relationships across a Trust of 18,000+ staff, including the senior management team as well as a complex network of stakeholders.
