Nottingham University Hospitals are excited to recruit candidates who hold a first degree with a 2:2 grade or higher onto the Graduate Entry Nurse Apprenticeship in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University to begin January 2022.

As an Apprentice with NUH you will complete your Nursing MSc Degree and qualification after 24 months, debt free, as a Registered Nurse in associate with Nottingham Trent University. As well as this being "fee-free", throughout your 24 months, you will be paid an Apprentice salary.
Main duties of the job

This is an apprenticeship position where the post holder will be fully supernumerary during the two year programme to undertake all modules related to the MSc in Adult Nursing.
You will undertake various placements both internally at Nottingham University Hospitals and externally across other healthcare organisations to enhance your learning experience.
You must be able to travel to Nottingham University Hospitals and Nottingham Trent University, as well as additional placement areas.
There is no upper age limit for our Nursing Apprenticeship.Pre-employment checks, including DBS, references and occupational health clearance will be required.
The course will start January 2023
About us
Nottingham University Hospitals has a dedicated Institute of Nursing and Midwifery Care Excellence, offering continuing professional education and career development opportunities.
This includes: a well-established preceptorship programme, a medicines safety day, a five day acute care skills foundation course, and one to one clinical support where needed to ensure you get the best start to your career at NUH.
Whilst this is a 2 year fixed term apprenticeship contract, this role does require you to continue your career at Nottingham University Hospitals for 18 months post qualification.
