Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Training and Engagement Manager to join our Digital Support team. This is a key role in supporting the Trusts digital transformation by delivering high-quality training and engagement across clinical and non-clinical services.
You will lead on the design, delivery, and evaluation of digital training programmes, ensuring staff are confident and capable in using systems such as EPR, ICE, and CareFlow. You will also act as a key liaison between the Digital Support team and frontline services, helping to embed digital tools into everyday practice.
Main duties of the job
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for Trust-wide digital systems.
- Provide hands-on support during go-lives, upgrades, and system changes.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify training needs and engagement opportunities.
- Support junior staff through mentoring and train the trainer initiatives.
- Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, and digital learning platforms (e.g. Page Tiger).
- Work closely with Information Governance, Clinical Systems, and Transformation teams to ensure alignment with Trust objectives.
About You
- Were looking for someone with:
- Experience in digital training or clinical systems support, ideally within the NHS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
- Confidence in delivering training to a range of audiences.
- Familiarity with digital dictation, consent forms, and outpatient documentation workflows is desirable.
