An
exciting opportunity has arisen in The Emergency Department for an enthusiastic
and motivated individual to join our excellent team.
Candidates
must be hard working and committed to delivering high quality compassionate
care, they must have excellent communication and organisational skills and demonstrate
a keen interest in the speciality of Emergency care. The applicant must be
reliable and have an understanding of the need for confidentiality.
Flexibility
and teamwork are essential for the role and demands of the department along
with been able to adapt to changing situations.
You
should be a registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
Main duties of the job
The responsibility of the
postholder is to participate in the planning and delivery of individual care
provided by the multidisciplinary team.
They will work independently
under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, providing holistic evidenced
based high-quality individualised care to patients and will be professionally
accountable for their actions.
They will supervise and
delegate appropriately to support staff within the team and they will support
and supervise students and learners who are on placement.
