The Quality Improvement (QI) Team are looking for an
enthusiastic, motivated individual to join the team to undertake a variety of
administration roles such as supporting project implementation, training
delivery, data collection and much more.
The QI Assistant is the heartbeat of the team ensuring
smooth day to day running as well as assisting in larger scale changes as the
team continues to grow and support the organisation in adopting a quality improvement culture that becomes a part of how the
organisation works everyday.

Main duties of the job
Provide
day to day support for Patient Safety and Quality Improvement initiatives.
Resolving
day to day problems independently, but escalate concerns to members of the
Patient Safety and Quality Improvement team.
Assist
the team in the development of plans and monitoringprogress. Plankey work
streams in relation to particular pieces of work.
Design
mechanisms for the collection and analysis and communication of complex data/
information sets.
Communicate
information about Patient Safety and Quality Improvement projects, including in the developmental stage where the message
is constantly changing.
Meet the administration needs of the team, which includes arranging, taking accurate minutes and following up actions.
