An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality
Improvement (QI) Facilitator to join our QI team. This is a great opportunity for someone who
likes working closely with frontline staff and making a difference to patients
and staff using a structured improvement methodology.
The QI Facilitator will work closely with the Clinical Lead
for QI and the QI Lead to enthuse and lead individuals and teams to deploy QI
methodology into everyday improvement projects and fully embed QI within the
organisation.

Main duties of the job
You will inspire an interest in
quality improvement approaches by having a communication style that motivates
and enables. Working alongside multidisciplinary staff you will develop and
embed quality improvement by leading teams in improvement work which aligns to
the Trusts strategic objectives and priorities.
You will deliver teaching and
knowledge transfer to support the roll out of quality improvement initiatives
and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the whole trust. Using
your analytical skills to assess and validate data which may contain
conflicting information and use your engagement skills to continually question
complex data without delaying the improvement cycles. Your ability to
interpret and complete comparison of the data to understand trends and how this
would support tests of change is pivotal in taking improvements forward and as
such you will have to juggle conflicting demands and prioritise tasks.
