Are you passionate about advancing endoscopy education and shaping the future of clinical excellence? We're looking for a dynamic Clinical Educator to join our forward-thinking Endoscopy team, dedicated to embedding JETS Workforce and ENDO courses across our services.

Based within our high-performing Endoscopy Department, this role offers the opportunity to lead on the delivery and integration of nationally recognised training programmes. Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support competency development, enhance patient care, and drive innovation in endoscopy education.

This role will involve ensuring consistent training standards and supporting learners within Endoscopy. Youll be instrumental in fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement, with access to cutting-edge resources and professional development opportunities.

Main duties of the job

As the Endoscopy Clinical Educator, you will lead the delivery and integration of JETS Workforce and ENDO training programmes across our endoscopy services. Your role is vital in ensuring staff are trained to national standards and confident in delivering safe, effective care.

You'll assess learning needs, coordinate and deliver training, and mentor staff across multiple sites. Strong communication and teaching skills are essential, along with clinical expertise in endoscopy. You'll also need excellent IT skills, including the ability to maintain and manage spreadsheets to track training compliance, progress, and outcomes. Flexibility is essential the department operates a 5-day service and you will be required to work on across all shifts.
