Job summary

Do you have an interest in patient education?

We are looking to recruit an individual to deliver a Structured education programme for Type 2 Diabetes locally. Experience of delivering education is preferable but not essential as training will be provided to successful candidates.

You should work well as part of a team but also have the aptitude to work independently.

Main duties of the job

Interviews to be held 18/02/2025

The successful applicant will deliver The Type 2 Diabetes, Education programme to patients in Barnsley and also support patients with the set up of glucose monitoring technologies.

The programme is delivered in several different locations across Barnsley, therefore the successful applicant will need to hold a UK driving License.
