An opportunity has arisen in CBU 2 for a fixed term/secondment in to
the Deputy Associate Director of Nursing role.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate
effective and compassionate leadership, motivate teams in challenging
circumstances (winter is coming!) and is keen to improve/maintain patient and
staff experience and safety. The succesful postholder will deputise for the
Associate Director of Nursing at various meetings and events.
You should have experience as an operational matron, please
also ensure that you have permission from your line manager to apply.
