The Deputy
Associate Director of Nursing will be managerially and professionally
accountable for a number of wards/departments, Matrons and Lead Nurses. They
will provide clinical and professional leadership to the assigned clinical
wards and departments and specialist nursing teams ensuring that action is
taken at all levels to empower nurses/midwives to provide high standards of
care in a safe environment. They will uphold the reputation of the profession
and adhere to the NMC codes of conduct, making the care of all people their
first concern. The Deputy
