Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our dynamic team to help support Clinical and Non-Clinical areas within the Trust using the e-Rostering Suite. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking team.
The role has an interesting and diverse workload, for which you will need a Degree level qualification or equivalent level of experience in the use of the e-Rostering system in an administration capacity, Substantial admin experience using databases and spreadsheets, Experience of training other members of professional and support staff, Intermediate/Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Experience of data collection, inputting and analysis.
You must enjoy a hectic pace and love variety in a job. This role will require you to work as part of a close knit team, able to plan and prioritise own and other team members workload.

Main duties of the job
You will play an active role in successfully embedding the functionality of the e-Rostering system including roster administration, roster analysis/approval, time and attendance and validating rosters for payroll. There will be a requirement to assist in the extracting, development and monitoring of the local analysis and management of KPIs from the system to deliver the identified business benefits.
You are required to provide leadership, guidance and support in the use of the rostering system while ensuring adherence to the Roster Procedure. The successful applicant will be the expert point of contact of the e-Rostering system. You will be responsible for providing high level customer service, support and guidance of a highly technical nature.
You will play an essential role in supporting wards and departments on e-Rostering, delivering continued training to Managers, Team leaders and staff responsible for Rostering, and acting as an accessible support for users. Providing frontline support and advice on the system. Support the clinical teams on the management of the e-Rostering systems to ensure compliance. Assist in the collection of and to analyse highly complex data
