Main duties of the job
As a key member of
our PMO team, youll play a vital role in delivering patient-centred
improvements that make a real difference. Your work will help shape the future
of care across the Trust. Heres how youll contribute:
Drive Meaningful
Change: Facilitate service improvement projects that directly support our
strategic goalsworking closely with clinical and operational teams to enhance
patient outcomes and experiences.
Be a
Problem-Solving Partner: Use proven improvement methodologies like process flow
analysis and value stream mapping to help teams identify challenges and
co-create effective, sustainable solutions.
Lead Projects from
Start to Finish: Develop and manage projects with appropriate governance
arrangements from business case development through to implementation and
closureensuring every milestone is met in a controlled manner.
Support Strategic
Decision-Making: Provide expert guidance and clear, data-driven insights to
project sponsors, steering groups, and executive leaderseven when the
information is complex or sensitive.
Turn Data into
Action: Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data, working with teams to
identify and quantify improvement and efficiency schemes, helping leaders make informed
decisions that drive value.
Support Trust
Business Planning: Support teams with capacity and demand modelling to enable
insight into workforce models and future requirements, ensuring services are
sustainable and responsive.
