Job summary
Are you a passionate, dynamic and enthusiastic Neonatal Nurse who is committed to delivering high quality care? We are looking for an experienced Neonatal Nurse to lead the Neonatal Unit and Outreach service. We are a Bliss accredited level two unit who are committed to providing evidence-based family centred care in the hospital and community setting. The unit has 14 cots that comprise of 2 Intensive, 3 High Dependency and 9 Special Care Cots.
Main duties of the job
Using your knowledge and experience, you will be required to manage and drive forward the service. You will be instrumental in supporting and supervising members of the team and working with the neonatal operational delivery network to maintain national neonatal standards. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work as part of a team and lead the team to deliver the highest possible standards of patient care.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals in our state-of-the-art neonatal unit. You will to be working within a transforming childrens service team, working together to achieve the best possible care for babies children and young people.
