We have an exciting Secondment/Fixed Term opportunity for a proactive individual to join the HR Recruitment Team as a HR Recruitment Officer. If you are applying for the secondment please speak to your manager to confirm their support prior to making an application.

An organised team player, you should possess NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and have administration experience in an HR/ recruitment service. You should also have experience of using a computerised database and have an understanding of the NHS Employers Employment check standards.

Main duties of the job

As HR Recruitment Officer you will participate in providing efficient and effective HR support to Trust managers, staff and members of the public.

Under the guidance of the Recruitment Team Leader and HR Resourcing Manager, you will have your own case load of recruitment and selection to administrate and will ensure accurate and timely input to the Electronic Staff Record, NHS Jobs and other databases.

You will also have some responsibility for the administration of the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation and Vacancy Control processes.
