Consultant in Community Paediatrics

Barnsley
Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an Enthusiastic Community
paediatrician to join our team of Consultants, Specialist Nurses and Specialty
Doctor, based in New Street Health centre, Barnsley.
This
post has been created due to retirement of current post holder and existing
team reducing their hours of work. This is 0.75 WTE post includes role of Named
Doctor for Looked after Children, Neurodisability, Initial health Assessments
for looked after children and Multi-disciplinary assessments for children with
social communication difficulties. The team works closely with Local authority,
0-19 service, therapists and other agencies.
The
team of community Paediatricians conduct locality clinics in different areas of
Barnsley.
