We have an exciting opportunity in BHRUT to join our skilled midwives in antenatal ward as a band 7 Dual role midwife. You will be able to have an operational oversight of the maternity unit as a whole as well and being able to provide clinical support. If you are an NMC registered midwife who has an NMC PIN Number and would like to make a difference to women and their families, then we would like to hear from you. Main duties of the job
Working closely with the specialty Maternity Matron and Deputy Matron to manage the midwifery and nursing staff, flow and resources within the ward/department areas to provide high quality and cost-effective clinical care. On a daily basis be proactive in reviewing the capacity within the unit and supporting the midwives in effective and efficient discharge and acuity. Redeploy staff to cover service needs and maintain clinical practice.

These CDCs are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and are providing an extra 94,000 scans a year.
