The EPR Team is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join the programme team as our Workstream Analyst for the Capacity Management workstream.
This is an exciting opportunity right at the heart of the programme to implement the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EPR on a shared domain with Barts Health.
Reporting into a Workstream Lead, the Workstream Analyst will support the timely and comprehensive work of the Capacity Management workstream, implementing Oracle's CareAware solution to enable improvements to patient throughput by optimising bed management and automating job assignments for environmental services and patient transportation.
The ideal candidate for this role would have insight into bed management in an acute hospital, as well as experience managing tasks relating to environmental services and transportation workflows. Some experience of operational reporting would also be beneficial.

Main duties of the job
The EPR Workstream Analysts will support the successful completion of all implementation activity relating to their allocated workstream, supporting the introduction of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solution for Barking, Havering & Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT).
Reporting to a Workstream Lead, the role will support the timely and comprehensive mapping of existing clinical pathways, allocation of their re-design to EPR modules of work, and the design of new pathways that take advantage of the transformation opportunities provided by the introduction of the new EPR system. The EPR Workstream Analysts will support the application of best practice transformation principles to nurture staff willingness and ableness to adopt new ways of working.
