Barking Havering and Redbridge NHS University Hospitals Trust (BHRUT) is currently recruiting for a Band 4 Operations Administrator to work as part of the KGH Site Operations Team.
The Operations Administrator will work as a key member of the KGH Site Operations Team providing administrative support to the multi-disciplinary team. They will support the day to day function of the service across a range of areas including completing tasks to support the operations and hospital flow teams, data and SITREP submissions and mental health administration. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a diverse and complex acute hospital environment.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will:
o Work as part of the Operations Hub maintaining efficient systems and processes relating to the operational running of the site.o Attend internal and external meetings as part of the Site Operations Team responding to and escalating issues raised.o Provide administrative support to bed meetings, ensuring accurate recording of bed availability, allocation and occupancy and summarising actions agreed at meetings.o Provide administrative support to both the Site Operations and Hospital Flow Teams.o Draft and prepare meeting notes and minutes where necessary.o Complete a wide range of administrative tasks, including collation and distribution of metrics and SITREPs.

We are particularly proud of our regional Neurosciences Centre; Radiotherapy Centre; Hyper Acute Stroke Unit; and dedicated breast care service at King George Hospital. We're also part of the North East London Cancer Alliance.
