Trust Temp Locum Consultant

We are looking to recruit caring, professional, suitably qualified Doctors to work across all grades and specialties on a bank basis. Barking, Havering & Redbridge University NHS Trust (BHRUT) is keen to grow our existing team of Bank Doctors and are looking for Doctors on an 'as and when' basis, across, but not limited to, the following specialty:

Essential Requirements:

o GMC Registration

o A minimum of 6 months experience working within the NHS or acute hospital setting

o Relevant General Medicine experience

  1. Full registration with GMC Inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register for Acute Medicine or General Internal Medicine with a minimum of six months NHS experience in a paid role.
  2. Or within six months of expected date of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT)
  3. Or appropriate equivalent evidence of Certificate confirming Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR)
  4. MRCP or equivalent
  5. Demonstrate ability to anticipate problems, analyse issues, suggest alternative solutions and make decisions
  6. Understanding of current issues within Acute Medicine and future direction of specialty
