Job summary
The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is looking for a Clinical Governance Assistant to support the Risk and Patient Safety Team with the administration of all aspects of incident and risk management.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be the first point of contact within the risk and patient safety team, supporting staff in the use of the risk management system Datix, providing advice and support in general risk management queries and sign posting to relevant key staff as required.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the risk and patient safety team.
Manage the Patient Safety and Datix enquiries in boxes ensuring all emails are effectively dealt with, including escalation where appropriate.
Complete risk management process audit and audit reports as required
Support the Risk and Incidents Officer and the Divisional Clinical Governance Officers with all aspects of incident and risk management.
