We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to work as part of our Transformation and Partnership team. This will involve working with partners across the system to improve personalised care within cancer services.

The post holder will have a key role in supporting trusts, building strong relationships with stakeholders to support Personalised Care implementation, reporting and evaluation.
