Clinical Service Manager
The post holder will lead and be responsible for the delivery of high quality safe and effective care and clinical practice across the Clatterbridge Private Clinic locations in Liverpool (CCCL) and Wirral (CCCW).
The Clinical Service Manager (CSM) will work with the the Senior Management Team in developing and implementing the Clinic's strategy to achieve the Trust's objectives and ensure that effective governance arrangements are implemented and maintained.
The CSM key functions of the role will be to ensure the patient experience in clinical environment is of the highest possible standard at all times with particular emphasis on the provision of dignified and compassionate care which is delivered in a safe and clean environment.

Main duties of the job
- The primary role of The Clatterbridge Private CSM is to assist the Manager in the effective and efficient running of the clinic/s and act as the Clinical Lead for nursing.
- The CSM will bridge the professional and clinical boundaries between nursing and running a private health care provision.
- Provides professional leadership and line management responsibility for all staff within the unit.
- Ensure care is provided in environments that promote patient and staff wellbeing.
- Provide clinical leadership to support the delivery of evidence based patient centred care, which is of a high standard.
- Take responsibility for the quality management of their designated areas with a specific emphasis on infection control and the hygiene code, national standards of cleanliness, environment and patient experience and patient safety.
- The CSM will work closely with the Private Clinic Mananger and all other cancer services .
- The CSM will ensure the delivery of balanced budgets, workforce plans and developments reflecting the to lead an deliver a service that is flexible to meet the current and future nursing trends and patient needs within the Clatterbridge Private Unit.
- The CSM will assit in managing the Medical Service Provisions Agreements (MSPA) and audit service provision within the unit.
