Apprenticeship: Administration Apprentice

Apprenticeship: 18 months duration

An opportunity has arisen in the Trust Head Office for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administration Apprentice.

You will have opportunity to develop the skills that help provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service as well as gaining insight into the provision of education and development within the NHS.

Main duties of the job

Based on reception at Trust Head Office, you will greet visitors to the building, undertake duties including photocopying, printing, organising the retirements for the trust including ordering of flowers. You will also undertake other duties including the booking of travel for the Executive Directors who are based in the building.

This is a full time post of 37.5 hours a week. A proportion of time will be spent with a training provider studying towards the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. The post holder will be expected to complete the Business Administration apprenticeship.

This post will provide not only the general administrative experience and training required for your qualification but will also offer the opportunity to learn about and work with many of the departments and teams within the Trust as part of your apprenticeship.
