Job summary

Lowen Ward is a Haematology / Oncology Ward with 24 beds. We have a specialist brand new unit. As a team we pride ourselves on delivering gold standard care to our patients.

A Healthcare Assistant is no ordinary job and it is not for an ordinary person. We need caring, supportive people who love helping others and can come to work with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. Full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time hours are available.

Main duties of the job

Zennor Ward Is a 28 bedded eldercare ward specialising in complex care and Dementia.

With strong team working skills, you will be able to demonstrate the values that are important to us, communicating well with both colleagues and patients. We are open to your ideas for how to improve the services we offer; without compromising on quality and always treating patients and team-mates with respect and dignity.

You will be trained to complete your Care Certificate which gives you all the skills you need to be a success (aside from your brilliant personality and helpful nature!).
