Job summary
RCHT NHS Trust Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme, eCare, will underpin everything we do for our patients, our people, and our communities, as well as creating a working environment renowned for excellence and innovation that enables our staff to deliver safe and compassionate care every day.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with proven IT application training experience and communication skills who will be delivering a curriculum of relevant and effective training courses to learners.
Working with members of the training team, the successful candidate will be delivering quality, consistent and professional IT training to staff in both clinical and non-clinical applications. You will also be responsible for creating training plans, course support materials, end user guides, as well as developing innovative ways of delivery and engaging learners.
This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week currently Monday to Friday however part time hours will be considered. It may be necessary for the post holder to work as part of an on-call rota and participate in flexible working hours in order to provide training or out of hours support to Cornwall Healthcare Community.
Unfortunately, due to budgetary constraints we are unable us to support visa sponsorship for this role.
