Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for delivering an efficient, high-quality, cost-effective administration service for the Kernow Accommodation Hub. It is the post holders responsibility to support the Accommodation Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service, to support RCHT and CFT employees to understand their residential accommodation requirements and proactively work in successfully securing their accommodation.
Main duties of the job
-To support the Accommodation Manager with identifying risks to the accommodation pipeline resulting from residents who are unable to exit accommodation. To work under the direction of the Accommodation Manager to reduce and eliminate those risks by supporting employees to source residential accommodation.
-To provide regular updates to the Accommodation Manager on the status of residents' licenses, predicted departure dates, and any risks that would impact the accommodation pipeline.
-To engage and establish relationships with local letting agents, private landlords, and others to support RCHT and CFT employees with securing residential accommodation and to create and maintain a pool of landlords who would be available to provide accommodation. To actively engage with identified external providers to support an individual's specific accommodation needs.
-To manage the administration of social media activity relating to accommodation, including administration of the Kernow accommodation finder Facebook page. To provide the Accommodation Manager with data in the form of a report of the number of properties advertised that have been successfully let to RCHT and CFT employees.
