Job summary
We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a proven track record working as an administrator. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills. The post holder will be supporting the Women, Children & HIV Services maternity team, undertaking a variety of tasks.
This role will also support the care group secretaries to co-ordinate the administration requirements of the wider care group which will include organising and minuting meetings, organising the recruitment processes and managing diaries.
The post holder will be expected to use their initiative and work flexibly.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job

This post holder will work in the care group office supporting with general administrative tasks as required by the maternity team (as requested by the senior maternity management team).
The post holder will also support the care group secretaries and the wider Women, Children and HIV management team.
The post holder will need to prioritise workloads, be able to work under their own initiative and be proactive in identifying administrative tasks that need completing.
