We are seeking applications from registered nurses who have the ability and determination to learn and to gain new skills /competencies and who are motivated to develop the highest standards of care and committed to continuous improvement and development. We have Practice educators in place to provide support and guidance to all our staff for training and development.
This is a full-time post role for 37.5 hrs per week and does include include nights and weekends. However, part-time hours will also be considered.
Main duties of the job
To work as a skilled member of the nursing team.
To provide a high standard of compassionate patient centred care.
To lead and supervise the work of other qualified and unqualified staff within the team.
To communicate effectively at all levels within the multi-disciplinary team.
Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and have a good knowledge and understanding of clinical standards. You must be able to work on your own initiative and also be an excellent team player whilst being prepared to develop as an individual and support others.
