Job summary

We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic full time Business Admin Apprentice to join the Future Workforce Team.

Main duties of the job

You will have opportunity to develop the skills that help provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service as well as gaining insight into careers engagement, the Employability programmes and recruitment processes within the NHS.

Working as part of a team you will gain experience in a range of different communication techniques with a wide range of internal/external personnel, for example promoting activity through various social media channels to help engage young people and attending meetings and events.

Within this time you will undertake Level 3 Intermediate Business Administration Apprenticeship. Full training will be given on IT systems.

You will be expected to develop the skills to provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service supporting the Future Workforce team.

To provide administrative support i.e. emails, managing social media updates, updating spread sheets. To accurately input, retrieve and collect data and information using the Departmental and Trust computer systems. To deal with face to face and telephone enquiries, convey messages and pass on information to the appropriate person as necessary whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

The post holder will support the Trust by attending career events and fairs to promote NHS recruitment.
