An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Staff Nurse to join our friendly and enthusiastic team
The successful candidate will assist in providing high quality care to patients / clients within the Eye Unit at Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro.

This is a full time post - 37.5 hours per week (15 x 10 hour shifts per month)
Main duties of the job
To work as a skilled member of the nursing team.
To provide a high standard of compassionate patient centred care.
To lead and supervise the work of other qualified and unqualified staff within the team
To communicate effectively at all levels within the multi-disciplinary team.
To be able to take charge of the ward in the absence of senior nursing staff, as deemed appropriate by the Ward Sister / Charge Nurse or Clinical Matron
