Main duties of the job

Lead for recruitment of Kernowflex temporary nursing staff
Assists with the management and coaching of the Kernowflex Temporary Staffing service for RCHT
From day to day, monitors the performance and support of the Kernowflex Temporary Nursing operations to ensure service and quality requirements are met.
Assists with the monitoring and maintenance of compliance for the team members, providing input to Performance and Development Reviews, mandatory training and professional qualifications.
Assist with the setting, monitoring and maintaining of agreed quality standards within the Kernowflex team.
Provide support and training for team members development, particularly new recruits, in line with Trust and department objectives.
Assist with the configuration of the eRoster data base in accordance with Trust policies and standards.
Support the team with maintenance of Health Roster in accordance with governance and safe management in all related systems.
Ensure that accurate records pertaining to temporary nursing staff are maintained on relevant systems and databases.
Assist with the management and development of information systems that underpin the Kernowflex service. Support the development of business cases.
Assists with the development Key Performance Indicators relative to the service
Work in partnership with personnel at all levels, internal and external to the Trust
Work in partnership with operational staff to assist with the maintenance of a flexible temporary nursing workforce to meet the needs of patients using real time patient acuity and dependency.
Assist with the resolution of temporary and substantive staffing challenges.
Assist with regular recruitment campaigns, promotional projects and interview dates for temporary nursing staff. Attend and act as a panel member for interviewing as appropriate.Maintain up to date agreements and policies with temporary workers.
