Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for
a dynamic, motivated nurse to join our URAU Nurse Practitioner Team. The
successful post holder will have significant experience in Urology and be
willing to work towards achieving the personal specification of the band 7 post
(employable at band 6 level).
You will be supported through your
development journey to become an accomplished Clinical Practitioner.
Main duties of the job
You will work
closely with the Consultant Urologists to ensure that patients receive
appropriate advanced assessment, investigation, intervention, and treatment
with minimal delay in the Emergency Department, SDEC and Inpatient Ward areas.
You will have
experience of working with the Urology Speciality and have specialist knowledge
that would support you in this position.
You will
provide education and support to clinical staff within STSFT and provide
outreach support to community/district nursing services.
Usual working
hours in the team world be Monday to Sunday 08:00-20:00.
