We are seeking
a part-time (7PAs) Consultant to join
a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward thinking team. The department is currently
involved in many exciting initiatives and are looking for individuals with
appropriate skills to complement this team and help build the Service to be in the
forefront of clinical excellence.

This is a new
Consultant inSexual Health post created
to support existing team of oneGUM
consultant and one CSRH/ TOP Gynaecology consultant and work
across both areas. The post holder will work collaboratively with all the team,
to further integrate the Sexual health service based in Sunderland.
Main duties of the job
This is a new
post for a part-time (0.7 WTE) Consultant in Sexual Health created to integrate the service further and to support
oversight of training within the department for
GUM and cSRH trainees and for FSRH related training . They will provide
complex contraception/ coil clinics ( including nurse training clinics)
and GUM clinics and other specialist
clinics depending on personal skills to meet population and service demand.
The post holder
will contribute to clinical, teaching, audit and research support for the
department and management support for the medical staff and the department in
general.

The job plan
