An opportunity has arisen for Nurses with post-Registration experience in a Hospital setting, and excellent communication skills, to join our Outpatient teams at STSFT.

Main duties of the job
You will be based at South Tyneside (ST) Hospital however will be
required to work at any of our sites which include Chester Wing at Sunderland
Royal, Washington Galleries Health Centre, Palmer hospital, Moorlands within ST
hospital and Community Clinics in South Tyneside and Sunderland districts.
The shift
patterns are usually 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, and weekend working, this
includes the provision of a Phlebotomy service at ST hospital seven days a week
(including wards).
You will be
joining a team across sites of Senior Nurses/RGNs and HCAs who are dedicated
to providing the highest standards of patient care. Working with Clinicians and
AHP from a wide range of specialties you will provide nursing support to a
diversity of patient caseloads.
There are
opportunities to develop within the OP setting and to attend related study days
locally and nationally.
